Quotes are net totals. When paying via Robux you cover the 30% Roblox Marketplace fee, so the amount you send leaves us with the full quoted price. All payments are non-refundable once production begins.

What if I need to cancel or change my commission?
If you need to cancel or change your commission, contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to accommodate changes, but please note that once production has begun, changes may not be possible and refunds may not be available, depending on the circumstances. Our team will provide guidance and support thoughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
